A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section eight, relating to
authorizing the real estate appraiser licensure and
certification board to promulgate a legislative
rule relating to the requirements for licensure and certification.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section eight, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND
BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-8. Real estate appraiser licensure and
certification board
.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-six, under the authority of section thirty,
article fourteen, chapter thirty, of this code, modified
by the real estate appraiser licensure and certification
board
to meet the objections of the legislative
rule-making review committee and refiled in the state
register on the twenty-third day of December, one
thousand nine hundred ninety-six, relating to the real
estate apprraiser licensure and certification board
(requirements for licensure and certification, 190 CSR
2), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Real Estate Apprraiser Licensure and Certification Board
to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the
Requirements for Licensure and Certification.
